MACUL
I joined the Professional Learning group on the MACUL website. This group is dedicated to helping teachers learn and grow, and to help incorporate technologies into instruction and student learning. I was able to find a journal that was published in the Winter of 2016 and found an article, "Real time assessments." This article gave some great tools for student assessments but focused on the the website Socrative. Socrative is a tool that has a lot to offer for both teachers and students. Students can self assess themselves and the teacher can see where students are struggling. Socrative is a great alternative method of testing, but I believe there will always be 'hard' copy tests. |
